These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and FrontGuard Security Trainin Inc. (“we,” “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the frontguardsecuritytraining.com website.

By using our website or purchasing any course from us, you agree to use our website appropriately and legally, and not to disrupt our website's operations.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the website is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the website are owned or controlled by us.

We will maintain certain data that you transmit to the website for the purpose of managing the website, as well as data relating to your use of the website. This includes your usage data and IP address, which are recorded for security purposes to prevent unauthorized access and protect against fraudulent activities.

All sales for online training and certification are final. We do not offer refunds for any courses or materials purchased. Please consider this before purchasing our courses. If there is any problem in transaction, please contact us.

7. First Aid and CPR Certification

The First Aid and CPR certificate is provided by a third party. We only act as an intermediary, and will only share information that is required for booking class on your behalf and are not responsible for the certification and training provided by them. All students are required to complete this certification or provide a valid certificate if one is already possessed in order to complete ontario security guard training course. Upon registration, we will contact you within 24 hours to schedule the First Aid and CPR class. If, for any reason, we are unable to reach you, it is your responsibility to contact us. We will make every effort, according to availability and workload, to reach out and schedule your class promptly.
